Breaking the Ice in the Chippewa Valley is a unique opportunity to practice and improve your job interviewing skills and get some valuable job search advice.
Employers from all over the Chippewa Valley will meet with you to give you the opportunity to practice your job interviewing skills in the Tamarack Room.
Career and job search presentations will be held throughout the afternoon in the President's Room.
The Mock Interviews are held in the Tamarack Room in the Davies Center from 11:00 until 3:00.
Pre-registration is not required to attend the presentations.
You will have a scheduled half-hour with your professional. The first 20 minutes will be a mock job interview. The professional will treat this interview as though you are an applicant for a real position. The last 10 minutes will be spent talking about your interview. When you come in for the interview, bring a recent resume along with a description of your ideal job position. These items will help the professional conduct a more beneficial interview for you.
